Marchelle obtained a BA. Degree and HED in 1983. In 1994, she obtained a B.Proc degree at UPE. From 1995 to 2015, Marchelle managed the Legal Recovery Department at one of the major Financial Institutions in Paarl, prior to joining the NSV team in 2014.
